Roles and Responsibilities
Ability to handle bulk hiring requirements for frontline positions(Associate, Bikers & Van CEE's) within 15 days
Required to hire team leader (Sales & Operations) and above positions within TAT.
Should be able to handle all sourcing techniques effectively and close the hiring gap within TAT
Co-ordinate with Functional managers for the interview line up and feedback to ensure quality of the hiring.
Ensure offer to joining ratio morethan 80%.
Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications
All Recruitment process followed as per the laid process.
Working along with consultant for closure of the positions.
Desired Candidate Profile
3 to 5 yrs Experience in bulk hiring both Blue Collared and Sales & Operations positions.
